The Cerro Gordo County Department of Public Health has scheduled three public clinics for H1N1 vaccine. Please read below to see who is eligible for this clinic. |
Dec. 10 - 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Dec. 14 - 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Dec. 16 - 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Location: 404 N. Federal Ave. (across the street from Fareway) in downtown Mason City.
Who can attend? This clinic is for specific priority groups. If you are not in one of these groups, you will be turned away. Click here to see the priority group list. |
