The Cerro Gordo County
Department of Public Health will hold a public H1N1 influenza vaccine clinic at 404 N. Federal Ave
(across the street from Fareway) in downtown Mason City.
DATE: Sat. Nov. 21
TIME: from
8:30 AM- Noon
(or until supplies are out)
for the following priority group:
- Children ages 6
months to 4 years
- Parents
& daycare providers who have children under 6 months of age
- People ages
5-64 years who have underlying medical conditions
Underlying medical conditions could include, but are not limited to these
examples: asthma, diabetes, weakened immune system (chemotherapy, HIV),
long-term health problems such as heart, kidney or lung disease, children
on long-term aspirin therapy, metabolic disorders, spinal cord injuries,
seizure disorders.
