College, School of Education set fund-raising records
For the first time in the university's history, William & Mary has topped $40 million in private gifts for each of four consecutive years. While annual giving at the College overall increased 8.3%, annual giving at the School of Education increased 13.1% with 250 new donors.

Gail Hardinge Appointed to Task Force on Virtual Learning
Dr. Gail Hardinge, Project Director of the STEM Education Alliance Virginia Demonstration Project, has been appointed to the Virginia School Board Association Task Force on Virtual Learning. The Task Force will develop a list of key principles to chart a vision for Virtual Learning in Virginia.
