Reveley & VLM School of Education celebrates its history

President Reveley and graduates from numerous eras, degree programs and career paths spoke at the 50th anniversary party Sept. 24 while others sent congratulatory messages via video. Prof Jeremy Stoddard Research on 9/11 in the classroom receives national media coverage   
Professor Jeremy Stoddard's research on 9/11 as taught in the classroom was featured in over 30 newspaper articles and several radio programs including the New York Times, Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor, Huffington Post, and NPR
Bronwen Watts Research abroad critical in developing leadership at home 
Bronwen Watts created an independent study investigating higher education in China to prepare for travel there. Ms. Watts (pictured in front of Terracotta warriors in Xi'an, China) is a student in the Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership program and an intern at the Reves Center for International Studies.
SEED MD Jallon Brown Crowsky '96, Director of Academics, SEED MD      
Billitta Jallon Brown Croskey '96 working with SEED School of Maryland, created "William and Mary Hall," to welcome sixth grade girls this fall. SEED's mission is to present students with an extraordinary opportunity to receive a tuition-free education that prepares them for success in college and beyond.

Jodi Fisler, PhD   

The Southern Association for College Student Affairs (SACSA) is honoring Jodi Fisler, Ph.D. '11 with their 2011 Dissertation of the Year award.  She will be formally recognized at the SACSA conference in Atlanta this November.
