Due to the closing of 19th Street Gym, Naturally Intense Personal Training Services has temporarily relocated to Synergy Gym- 138 West 14th Street.

We hope that 19th Street does indeed reopen soon, as it is truly a top notch establishment, and we are very grateful to the good folks at Synergy Gym for allowing us to train there at this time.

Note that we will work out a deal where remaining membership time is carried over to the new gym if indeed 19th Street is unable to reopen. I will keep

everyone posted and I apologize for any inconvenience.

What Is It Like To Never Cheat On Your Diet?

As the Thanksgiving holiday draws near, I wanted to put another face on the idea of cheating on your diet. Everyone talks about 'cheat meals' as though it is impossible to eat well at all times, and so I wrote a rather personal piece on what it is like to never cheat on your diet.
