Ballpark Economic Impact
Bill Rhoda from Conventions, Sports and Leisure(CSL) walked the Good Neighbor Committee through both the economics of modern ballparks in Major League Baseball and the specifics of the economic impact of the proposed ballpark in San Jose.
The Committee spent time discussing the potential economic impacts of a ballpark, and the potential office alternative, and the connection to creating a a great place in the Diridon Station Area.

High Speed Rail
High Speed Rail is hosting a series of community workshops and open-houses to lay out the next step of their alternatives analysis for both the San Francisco to San Jose and the San Jose to Merced segments.
