Ballpark Economic Impact
The purpose of this analysis is to provide an estimate of the economic and fiscal impacts associated with the development of a proposed Major League Baseball ballpark in the Diridon Station Area. The analysis was conducted by Convention Sports and Leisure International (CSL).
The City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board will discuss the Economic Impact Analysis at the September 15, 2009 City Council/Redevelopment Agency meeting.
The Good Neighbor Committee will receive a presentation from CSL and discuss the Economic Impact Analysis at the September 24, 2009 Good Neighbor Committee meeting.

This meeting is a community workshop for all members of the public who wish to contribute to the Diridon Station Area Plan. Good Neighbor Committee members are encouraged to attend.
How to get there:
- Public transportation is encouraged. Many VTA bus routes stop nearby, including the Route 81 (stop: Almaden and Park), as do the light rail lines (stop: Convention Center).
- Free parking available at the Second and San Carlos Street Parking Garage (280 South Second Street, with an entrance on Third Street as well), which is a short walk from Parkside Hall.
