Free apprentices for the right employers
The
Walcot Apprenticeship Scheme is unlike any other because of our commitment to
both the young apprentice and the employer.
We
seek to make a real difference in the lives of our apprentices. This is an opportunity for them to learn a
skill and plan for the future. We take
as much care in selecting the employer as we do the apprentice.
Are
you such an employer? Someone who would
like to make a difference and help grow their business?
We
cover the apprentice's salary and training for qualifications, as well as other
additional costs.
Private,
voluntary or public sector enterprises are welcome. We are looking for businesses in the
following sectors: Skilled Labour (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrics);
Tourism & Hospitality; animal Care; Hair & Beauty; Childcare; Social
Care & Counselling; Gardening & Horticulture; IT & Network
Engineering.
