I hope this mail finds you in the best of health, wealth and of course, Holiday Spirit.

The reason you have not heard from me for some time has been that my main focus has been studying for my NY Real Estate State Exam which, I am proud to say, I passed the beginning of December.

As the year 2011 is coming to an end and we are ready to step into 2012, I am re-evaluating every area in my life to find out what has been and what has not been working, where to make corrections, may be change direction or, even give up a path all together. Life is about trial and error. There is no guarantee that the projects we start will be crowned by success. A question that I am always asking myself at this time is: is the Universe supporting me in this endeavor or not? Is there any sign of return in exchange for my investment in energy, time and money and, if the answer is No it is time to re-evaluate, make a choice and take the necessary action.

I am emerging to finish 2011 with a whole lot of new business and training ideas for 2012 which you will be the first one to hear of once they are ripe for sharing. Because of the great uncertainties and changes affecting our financial, monetary and social life I will be focusing more on feasible and practical tools we can take right now to protect ourselves and our families, our businesses, savings and investments. A new mind-set and new tools will be necessary to cope with and to position ourselves and our businesses. Now, more than ever before will it be necessary to control our thoughts and emotions. Subconsciously held negative thoughts and emotions charged with fear of not having enough or fear of what the future might bring us, thoughts of lack and scarcity will not be helpful. To manage the many challenges 2012 will bring your mantra should be:

• BE - without fear but full of courage and trust in your own judgment and capability of making the right choices
• DO - make the necessary decisions, follow through with the necessary actions but, without being driven by your emotions or, and this is big, without being attached to the outcome
• HAVE - harvest the results. Don't be in resistance but OKAY with what you created, take responsibility for your creations and move on. Each of us is exactly where he or she needs to be. Any lack and scarcity in our life is the manifestation and in direct correlation to the limiting beliefs and negative thoughts and emotions within us.

To create a life we really desire to live, to enjoy the type of relationship, the career and the financial independence we really wish to have requires foremost to change ourselves. We cannot change other people, our environment or the hand of cards dealt to us. The only thing we can hope to change is ourselves. Change yourself and you will change your life!
