C'mon in!

Wow!  As I wrote in May 2010, no one was more surprised than me when I decided to open
The Pilates School.   Having co-owned a design/remodeling firm for twenty years, I knew the risks, the rewards, and the commitment required to run a successful organization.

But I'm a flexible girl and trusted that if I built it "they would come".  And they do!  Real people of all ages: some fit, some not; long-time practitioners and newbies without a clue, are trusting The Pilates School to help them lengthen, strengthen and stretch their bodies.

Incredibly, a whole year has passed; and I marvel daily at the growth of our student body, the weekly improvements each are achieving in their personal Pilates practices and perhaps, equally important, the community we have built around Joe's work.

The neighbor next to the School told me recently how she loved sitting on her porch last summer, drinking coffee and listening to the "laughalates" as together, we explore the genius of the movement system called Pilates.

Whether you are 18 or 80, Pilates can help you improve your posture, flexibility, strength and attitude.  Most of all, it just makes you feel better!  So why not start now?

Thanks for reading this far!
