Multi-Service Success at Sheraton Tara Hotel
The parking garage project at the Sheraton Tara Hotel in Framingham, MA involved many aspects of the restoration process, including removal of masonry units, sidewalks and concrete side walls, topping slabs and precast panels. (See photos below)
THE ALPHA SOLUTION: Alpha completed the multi-service restoration of this large parking garage facility as follows:
- Precast panels were removed & replaced with new units as needed
- Rebar was replaced and concrete was formed & poured for new sidewalks, side walls and topping slabs
- Installation of a fully-adhered Firestone roof system and bronze Kynar-finished wall caps along the embattlement walls
- This project also included painting of structural steel, sealants, drains and a new non-skid traffic deck coating
