Did You Know?

Carrots used to be purple before the 17th century!  The orange carrot was not cultivated until Dutch growers in the late 16th century took mutant strains of the white and yellow carrot, gradually turning into the sweet orange carrot we eat today!

Throw a Beer Pairing Party!

Living in Colorado, we are spoiled with local breweries and beer aficionados. We love the idea of a beer pairing party!  Offer three beers such as light pilsners like Left Hand Brewery's Polestar to a heavier porter such as, Avery Brewery's New World Porter and throw in a hoppy IPA for good measure, we like Great Divide's Hercules Double IPA.   When beer pairing, a general rule of thumb is to keep sweet with sweet or tart with tart.  Remember, taste is subjective!  Have fun experimenting with different flavors and beers-- Who knows?  You may find a surprising combination!

Serendipity did such a amazing job with the catering.
Everything went smoothly and the food was so great!!

All the guests loved the flower salad; it was the talk of the table to try all the different flowers. We were also delightfully surprised by the addition of the cake pops! Those were so good and a wonderful surprise! Thank you for those!

Thank you so much!!! Next time anyone else is having a wedding or any sort of event needing a caterer, we for sure will recommend you!!
