Enjoy the service
Serendipity is proud to be catering the President's Dinner at Metro State College, a plated dinner for 250. Plated dinners are a top trend for 2012. Unlike a buffet, plated dinners allow guests to sit and relax and enjoy the service. Serving guests their food is also a good way to make an impression since the food is arranged beautifully on the plate. Call Serendipity today if you would like to learn more about hosting a plated dinner for your next event.

Q: I am planning snacks for a meeting at work and I'm not sure how to decided how much coffee we will need. What is the rule of thumb? - S.B.
A. Thanks for the question S.B. First consider whether the meeting is the morning or late afternoon -- both of these times are high coffee-drinking times and may require an extra pot. Need that caffeine to stay awake! That said, one gallon of coffee will fuel 16 to 20 coffee drinkers.
