SLICE 'N DICE vs SHAKE 'N BAKE
 Which will you choose?

Greetings!

When you are experiencing hunger pains, your patience is wearing thin, and you're running out of time, which dinner would you think is best for you to make?  The Slice 'N Dice is the obvious quick route that requires little to no work on your part aside from picking up the knife and seeing what you end up with.  The Shake 'N Bake on the other hand, while simple and easy in theory, will require you to take a little more time, put in more effort and go through a few necessary steps before you are able to end up with the warm, tender meal you are looking for as the outcome.

Now, just as you would take the time to decide which choice would give you the best outcome for your meal, you should do the same when deciding which route to take while caring for your body.  Many people now a days are having to make the choice of whether or not surgery is right for them.  Take the time... weigh your options...be informed!
Why Try Massage Before Surgery...

We are all becoming more and more aware of the benefits of taking care of ourselves so that we can avoid unnecessary costly medical intervention and sustain a healthy vibrant quality of life. Quick detection of potential health concerns, treatment, education, and prevention are all necessary to do so.

Traditional medical doctors have the ability to prescribe medication to cover your pain, use diagnostic equipment to identify what might be the problem, refer you to a surgeon to operate on a specific structural injury and refer you to physical therapy that will help you to recover in a localized area only.  Many people experience chronic pain or discomfort after going through these steps.

Alternatively, Clinical Therapeutic Massage offers structural analysis and assessment of all soft tissues that have been affected by your bodies pain and injuries, physical manipulation of your soft tissue to relieve muscular and joint pain, education on injury prevention and treatment and complete body/mind relaxation.  Clinical massage clients regularly find that they have a significant pain reduction in just 3-4 sessions.
What Many Are Not Told...

Surgery causes direct trauma to your body and clinical massage therapy is an integral and necessary step to proper post-surgery healing that many doctors fail to inform people of.  A large number of the post-surgery population end up suffering needlessly in pain for months and/or years because of untreated contractures, muscle adhesions, guarding muscles, scar tissue, swelling and reduced range of motion as a direct result of their surgery with improper after care.  Therapeutic massage has been scientifically proven to assist in solving these types of post-surgery issues.

Lavender is one of the oldest and most useful essential oils.  It has a pleasant aroma and many calming qualities that make it perfect for treating common ailments such as anxiety, depression, mental exhaustion, insomnia and headaches.  It is also has natural antibiotic, antiseptic, disinfectant, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.  That in combination with its ability to treat things such as fevers, over-exertion, aches and pains, sprains, swelling and bruising make it perfect for use in pre and post surgery care.
When making your medical choices keep in mind that with the recent decades of medical technological advancements we often forget that our bodies are designed to heal themselves when given the proper time and environment.  Clinical Massage is a low cost and non invasive way to effectively relieve the pain associated with numerous ailments including carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, sciatica and frozen shoulder.  Trying massage first may allow your body to heal itself before having to endure painful happenings and effects surgery.

Sincerely,
