Stretch for Good Posture
While standing in a doorway in your home put your arms at a 90 degree angle to the door frame. Apply a minimal amount of pressure and push your torso forward. You should feel a stretch in your pec area or front of your shoulder. Stop in for questions on other exercises you could do daily to improve your posture today.

This is Jenna's favorite Smoothie. Just add some Protien Powder for more nutritional value and curb your appetitie.
Spiced Apple Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
1 large cup of apple juice 2 bananas (sliced) 1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon
Chop ice in if you like it thicker
To make this quick smoothie recipe simply pour the apple juice into a blender, add the cinnamon process gently until combined. Next add the sliced bananas and process again until smooth. Pour the smoothie mixture into tall glasses and add straws. Serve at once and enjoy!
