Hoyman Dobson Spices Up Workplace Activities During Busy Season
 
From January through April 2011 Hoyman Dobson CPAs is spicing up its "fun place to work" concept.
 
"This is the busiest time of the year for us and our team members do put in extra efforts to make sure we continue to provide high quality service and meet our clients' deadlines," shares Chas Hoyman, the firm's Managing Director. "Our goal is to make the busy season more fun and rewarding for our team members and to relieve some of the stress that comes with increased seasonal workload," continues Chas.
 
Hoyman Dobson's busy season activities include team building meetings, happy hour events, massages, manicures and pedicures in the office, choice of gift cards, ice cream for all, Saturday lunches, and more. On April 18th the office will close at noon for an afternoon picnic. On April 30th Hoyman Dobson employees and their families will spend the day at a team outing.
 
"With such activities scheduled, despite the fact that it is a busy season, our team members are having a lot of fun. Happy employees mean happy clients," continues Mr. Hoyman.
