CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital, San Antonio, TX - July 2, 2009
CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health Care announced that today it finalized the purchase of a majority ownership stake in Foundation Surgery Affiliate of New Braunfels, also known as New Braunfels Surgical Center. The facility, located on Common Street in a rapidly growing area of New Braunfels where new health care services are developing, is approximately 1.5 miles from CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels and the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Outpatient Surgery Center.
