Wheel & Sprocket Expo |
The Wheel & Sprocket Bike Expo will be April 7-10 at the Wisconsin Expo Center at State Fair Park in West Allis, Wis. Admission is free. If you register for UPAF's Ride for the Arts, sponsored by Miller Lite, at the Expo you will receive discounted pricing, $30 for individuals, $20 for youth (ages 12 and younger) and $80 for a family (two adults and two youth or one adult and three youth). |

Registration is Now Open |

UPAF's Ride for the Arts, sponsored by Miller Lite, is less 100 days away and registration is now open at UPAFRide.org. This year's Ride will include three routes (25, 50 and 75-mile routes) that will ride over the Daniel Hoan Memorial Bridge. The date of the Ride is Sunday, June 5. Be sure to register early to take advantage of registration discounts. Click here for information on registration pricing.
Also, if you register prior to April 10, you will receive a coupon for a 2-for-1 admission to both the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World. The coupon is valid at the Milwaukee Art Museum from June 21-July 10 and the coupon for Discovery World is good during the month of June. That's a great savings. | What Does it Take to be Number 1? | | |
New this year, the Team of the Year Contest! The 10 largest teams from 2010 will be eligible to compete for the Team of the Year! The team that recruits the largest percentage of new riders (a minimum of 20% increase) will win the trophy, which will be awarded to the winning team's captain at a special ceremony on the Potawatomi Stage at the Finish Line Party after the Ride on June 5. |

UPAF's Ride for the Arts, sponsored by Miller Lite, loves all their wonderful and hardworking volunteers so this year we're starting a special event to honor the top 75 volunteers with the most hours worked AND you get to bring a guest! The Top Dog Volunteer Thank You Party will take place Thursday, June 16 at 5:30 p.m. at Comedy Sportz in Milwaukee. The night will include a private improv comedy show tailored just for our volunteers with free soda, hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.
