Upcoming events

June 22 - A seminar on how to buy a home without interest by Guidance Financing hosted by Ar-Rahman Islamic Center in Fontana.

 

June 22 - InFocus News calls on the community to support its operations at its fundraising event.

 

June 23 - MPAC hosts an Egyptian TV host and a political satirist and invites the community.

 

June 23 - CAIR invites for an evening of fun for a serious matter - civil rights in America.

 

June 23 - A free legal clinic by Muslim Legal Fund of America is hosted at Ar-Rahman Islamic Center featuring expert attorneys answering questions related to immigration and naturalization, civil and human rights issues  among other important issues. 

 

June 24 - Meraj Academy invites the community to its annual fundraiser.

 

June 25 - Wise Wives Club offers long-time married women's life time experiences for young wives at the Islamic Center of Irvine.

 

June 26 - High school students are encouraged to avail UCLA's Summer Language Program to learn Arabic, Urdu or Persian, among others.

Torture is always wrong The National Religious Campaign Against Torture, a coalition of faith communities has declared the month of June as Torture Awareness Month. We urge the communities to get involved. Here are some ways for Masajid and community members to take action.
