Welcome to FYHA's 6th Season! FYHA will begin its season on Saturday, Oct 17th for the Mite Major, Squirts, Pee Wee, Bantam and Girls House divisions. Mite Minors will begin their Session #1 on Friday, November 6th!
Our Full House Season Program (Mite Majors-Bantams and Girls) runs October 17 to March 1. The Full House Program starts off on Oct 17 by having players practice in their age division for a series of skills and drills. After three sessions, we will then have the players come to one of their practice times, where each skater will be timed and evaluated on their hockey skills. This will allow the coaches to successfully divide the players into equal teams. After October 27, the coaches will contact each of their players with specific information about when team practices and games will begin.
The Mite Minors Program is geared toward 4-7-year-olds who know how to skate but are not yet ready to participate in a full season of hockey. Mite Minors Session #1 begins on November 6 and Session #2 begins on January 22. Mite Minors meets every Friday evening and Sunday afternoon.
On Saturday, November 7th, we will once again kick off our Full House Opening Games with a morning of celebration. A pancake breakfast, silent auction, balloon arches, and music are a few of the planned events.
We would like everyone to mark your calenders for an FYHA Night at an Indiana Ice game on Saturday, November 21 at Pepsi Coliseum. More information will be coming.
Last of all, I hope you all will help our kids in developing their sense of sportsmanship by adhereing to FYHA, USA Hockey and Central Indiana's Hockey Associations Zero Tolerance Policy. Please do the right thing by letting the coaches coach, players play and the refs officiate. Remember it is just a game!

PLEASE NOTE: The times below are subject to change by 5-10 minutes.
Please watch for future emails noting such changes.
FULL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED. THIS INCLUDES MOUTH GUARDS AND NECK GUARDS!
Please do not worry if you have to miss any of the dates below due to
fall sports, Fall Break, etc. However, please let us know if you will not be
able to participate on October 17 and/or October 26 (Evaluations).

All coaches need to be registered online with FYHA.
Coaches must also have a background check on file. This is good for 3 years.

FALCON ALL STAR TEAMS |
FYHA Falcon All Star Try-Outs
All Players must be Registered Online with USA Hockey and FYHA,
as well as PAID IN FULL for FYHA House in order to try out for
a Falcon Mite Major, Squirt, PeeWee or Bantam All Star team.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Lady Falcons: Sunday, October 11 from 10:15-11:15am
Pee Wee: Sunday, October 11 from 12:15-1:15pm
Bantam: Sunday, October 11 from 1:30-2:30pm
Mites: Wed., Oct 21 and Wed., Oct 28 from 6:10-6:55pm
Squirts: Wed., Oct 21 and Wed., Oct 28 from 6:55-7:35pm
Coaches are asking players to please be ready to hit the ice 15 minutes early so they can meet with the players prior to tryouts. Also, there is a $25 non-refundable tryout fee. TRY HOCKEY PROGRAMS |

Come and see what all the fun is about.
A Try Hockey Program is being offered for those who have never played hockey.
Basic equipment will be provided. The cost for the session is $10.
A few spots are available.

All players must be registered online with both USA Hockey and FYHA,
as well as paid in full prior to stepping on the ice.
Mite Minors for 5- & 6-year-olds
Session #1 begins November 6.
Session #2 begins January 22.
Mite Minors will meet Fridays at 6:30pm and Sundays at 2:25pm.
Cost: $150 per session
Each session meets twice a week for approx. 6 weeks.
Limited rental equipment for $30 a session is available.
Mite Minor Deadline is Monday, October 26. |

FYHA is looking for volunteers to help keep our organization running smoothly, while offering the kids fun and excitement. If you have a talent, we can use it! Volunteers are needed in all capacities.

ELITE SKATING |

The next session of classes at the Forum in Fishers starts October 22!
Tot Hockey, Hockey skating classes and Beginning Stick Handling will be available as well as Adult Skating Classes.
Classes are available Thursday & Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
