OUR FEATURED COMMUNITY PARTNER

The Brandon Tyler Pratt Scholarship Fund

At Cross Insurance, our goal is to help support as many non-profit organizations as we can, as we are proud to give back to the community that supports us. Our team of coworkers has decided to participate in "Jeans Day", where we choose  a local "community partner" to assist each month. Employees interested in participating donate a dollar on Fridays if they choose to  wear  jeans, and then a new  community recipient is then chosen for the following month.

Our most recent featured community  partner for the months of August and September is the Brandon Tyler Pratt Scholarship Fund in Newmarket. The fund, set up through the TD Bank in Newmarket, was created in "B's" honor, so that even in his passing, he could still continue to help his friends achieve their dreams and life goals with him in their hearts and by their side. "B" was an amazing artist and imaginative author, and he had always been about hard work, achieving goals and giving back to others.

To let us know about  your own recommendation for a very deserving community program, simply email Diane Gorman or call us today at (603) 742-2552.

COVER YOURSELF WITH AN UMBRELLA

In today's "litigation culture," with million-dollar legal settlements all too common, anyone - including you and your family - could easily face ruin from a lawsuit, whether serious or frivolous. Diane Boyle, our Personal Account Manager, would like you to be aware that even if you won, you'd be out thousands of dollars in defense costs.

A Personal Liability Umbrella can help ensure financial peace of mind by providing coverage up to an amount you've selected over and above the Liability limits under your Auto or Homeowners policy. Insurance companies often set minimum limits for Umbrella coverage. If you're sued, the bulk of the settlement will come from your HO or Auto policy, with the Umbrella picking up the rest. Bear in mind that many insurers will only offer this coverage if they write both your HO and Auto insurance. Read on and scroll down to continue...

To learn more about how a Personal Liability Umbrella will help to ensure that you and your family are protected, call or email Diane or any of our Personal Account Managers today!

Gina Veno, our Commercial Account Manager, would like you to be aware that failure to provide effective management of social media as an employee relations tool can pose serious financial risks to your business. Read on to make sure you that you are protecting your business against losses related to Social Media misuses. (Please scroll down.)

To answer any of your questions regarding protecting your business from Social Media misuses, be sure to call or email Gina, or any of our Commercial Account Managers today!

ABOUT US THIS MONTH!

At Cross Insurance, we don't merely promise that we'll be there for all of your personal and commercial protection needs. Our pledge is to be consistent in  every area of service, including that of building  relationships with you that are based on trust, as Adrian Fieldhouse and Don Michaud have shared below:

Re: Tim Weddleton and Gina Veno,

"I am so relieved to get through the Audit with such a positive result. Thanks again to both you and Gina, it was a great help to feel that you were on 'my' side."
Best, Adrian Fieldhouse, Yard Arm Construction

Re: Becky Masse, Receptionist

"It's always such a positive, welcoming experience whenever I call or come into the Cross office and am greeted by your receptionist, Becky Masse. She always makes me feel exceptionally comfortable, and you can tell that she puts more than 100% into everything she does to assist others, by the way that she expresses such great interest in your Cross clients.  I have a complete trust in Becky in that she will follow through with my communication needs. Having trust in the person 'up front', likewise, encourages trust in the agency.

~Don Michaud, Rollinsford, NH

And, because yours is the only opinion that matters, we also would like to pass along and share your words with others...so they know what to expect from us too! Our goal is that you are 110% satisfied with your experience with our agency. If our client care, pricing or claim service has been satisfactory to you, we would like to share this mutual benefit with any potential or existing clients. Please take a minute to jot down some thoughts on our Testimonial Request Form on how our agency has helped you, saved you money or made your life a little better at any time.  This will also improve our service to  you, our valued client, in the future.

And, as a way of saying thanks for "helping us help you, we will enter you two times in our $100 Quarterly Restaurant Drawing when we receive your testimonial. Thank you!
