Summer has been fairly mild this year with fewer scorching days than usual, continuing our amazing riding weather here in California.
Lots of stuff still to do this summer! Rawhyde's Adventure Challenge coming up in September, monthly Gear-UP Getaway's going to Mahogany Flats for August, Dual Sport rides with Howard with another epic ride planned this weekend, and Street rides with Don heading to Angeles Crest and Wrightwood this month!
Also, GS riders don't forget to check out the GS Riders of Ventura BMW Facebook page for other riders organizing dual sport rides or looking for an adventure partner.

Join Howard Rantz on his BMWVC Dual Sport Ride Saturday, August 13th.
Meet at the shop for Donuts and Coffee at 8 am and rider meeting. Kickstands up at 9 am. Look for ride updates like weather conditions on our Facebook page or call the day before the ride. Riders registered for the ride will receive updates via email.

Join Don on Saturday the 20th for his monthly street ride. This month we'll be leaving the shop at 8:30am to have breakfast then we will head off to Angeles Crest and up to Wrightwood for lunch!
Meet at the shop at 8 am for Coffee, Cocoa and Donuts!! Then kickstands up around 8:30 am.

Cameron has a big one planned for August.
Mahogany Flats, yes in Death Valley.
The 8,200 foot elevation should keep the temp nice at the campground. Please check with Cameron if you are interested. This trip will probably require some off road riding just before reaching the campground.
