Greetings Fellow Bobcats!
Dr. Kent J. Smith, Jr.
I cannot believe it is the 7th week of Spring Quarter, and I know many of you are feeling the same way.  Not only has the year flown by, spring especially is filled with activities that keep the quarter moving quickly.

I want to thank all of you who have invited me to your events. Recently I have had the joy of attending the Pride Graduation, the Spring Fling charity carnival, the Judicial Fine debate, the Student Senate Campaign debates, the Mother's weekend tea and a cookout at the Convocation Center.  Soon, I'll be playing kickball with the students of Tiffin, stopping by the South Beach Block Party, attending the annual Leadership Gala, and participating in the March of Dimes walk.

I hope that you are also taking the time to enjoy the activities that spring brings to Athens, and that you are doing well in your classwork as finals approach.

Best wishes for a successful end to the spring quarter. Please let me know if there is anything I, or any member of the Student Affairs team can do to help you in your success at OHIO.

Sincerely,

Kent J. Smith, Jr., Ph.D.
