Holistic Book Club
The Holistic Book Club is hosted by Rosa Bell. August 12th from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. from her home base at 186 Tibet Road, Columbus Ohio 43202.
This club meets once a month to discuss books selected by the group that are non-fiction and holistic or personal development in nature. The intent of the group is to meet with people who are interested in having dialogue about the selected books in an open, non-judgmental and friendly environment.
Our August read is "The Power of Infinite Love & Gratitude" by Dr. Darren Weissman.

Last week I provided some information to you about marketing - more specifically copywriting and a few ways you can get free publicity and/or advertising. I am assuming that you are trying to market a practice such as a holistic practice. What you need is basic marketing materials such as business cards, post cards and a web site, brochures, flyer. As you advance you could publish a newsletter (1 page to start or online like this one and updated weekly). These materials need be handed out to people you meet everywhere. Bring it everywhere and leave it at workshops, or wherever you go. Put flyers with photos on bulletin boards etc. Read More!

Gimee A Break...
I went outside to find some quiet
time for Rosa, and as I looked up at the big tree that sits in the
middle of my yard, my eye quickly caught my squirrel friend up in a
branch. He was not scurrying around as he normally does as he determines
whether I am an enemy or a foe. He was laying on his belly taking a
siesta on this hot and humid August day. As I looked up at him I could
see that his eyes were closed and his tail moved with the gentle
breeze. I could hear a gentle whisper enter my mind. Slow down... I heard
the message and realized what a great idea. I need to take a break. I
have had a long week.

participant should bring firewood, love offering and one dish to share
for the potluck afterwards. Please bring towels, change of clothing,
gallon of water and blanket for sitting. Bring all your emotional hurts
that you are ready to release. This is a time for prayer, healing and
learning!
