Moments may come and go, but in this perfect Arizona setting, a sunset can last a lifetime...Sedona, We love you.
There are so many wonderful reasons to fall in love with Sedona, including enjoying our regional wineries. The Verde Valley has become home to several vineyards and wineries. These wineries are producing handcrafted, limited production wines in both white and red varietals as well as library wines and multi-grape bottlings. Because of their expertise, several have been applauded by wine critics and have won national wine awards.
The public can give the wines a try in the vineyards' tasting rooms during visiting hours, during occasional winemaker dinners and by picking up a bottle in our area's restaurants and in Sedona's fine food emporiums and liquor stores.

Paintings Lovely as a Tree
We all remember the wonderful poem by Joyce Kilmer called "A Poem Lovely as a Tree" and James Ratliff Gallery is showcasing the special way various gallery artists create "Paintings Lovely as a Tree". From the sort of Art Deco look of Judy Choate trees to the very impressionistic visions of Bruce Marion...each artist has his/her own "take" on the magic of trees. Cary Henrie creates landscapes reminiscent of times gone by in which the trees play a subtle but integral part, while the trees of Patrice Kirk play a large role in the paintings and are treated with vivid colors and unusual shapes. James Ratliff Gallery invites you to the opening reception of this SGA First Friday in the Galleries show on Friday, July 6th from 5-8 P.M. JRG is located in Hillside Sedona, 671 State Route 179, Suites A-1 and A-2. JamesRatliffGallery.com (928) 282-1404
