 When handling objections, did you ...
- Listen to the entire objection with an open mind.
- Pause and think before responding, remaining calm and not defensive.
- Restate the objection to make sure you both agree on what was stated.
- Positively answer and overcome the objection.
- Maintain positive body language and tone of voice in handling the discussion.
- If necessary, smoke out any additional objections.
