  • Listen to the entire objection with an open mind. 
  • Pause and think before responding, remaining calm and not defensive.
  • Restate the objection to make sure you both agree on what was stated.
  • Positively answer and overcome the objection. 
  • Maintain positive body language and tone of voice in handling the discussion. 
  • If necessary, smoke out any additional objections.
