Welcome to Knapp's News for Success! This is our favorite time of the year and we're so happy to be able to share it with you! The weather is perfect in Southwest Florida and as we gear up for the Holiday season it's the perfect time to celebrate our accomplishments from this year and just be grateful for everything we have! These last few months can be a bit crazy with shopping, vacations and family coming in from out of town but that's no excuse for bad customer service! This month we'd like to continue inspiring you to value and appreciate your clients so they keep coming back for more!

So many bosses don't realize that their employees take their cue from management. Are you enthusiastic and happy when you greet your employees every day? Are you polite in your daily dealings with them? Do you try to meet their needs and show genuine interest in them? Do you take time to really listen to them when they speak? This is definitely something to think about. Bad customer service on a long term and regular basis could very well be a reflection not as much of the employees but of the management!
Be good to your employees! Teach them how to be great at Customer Service! |

Lee is busy re-connecting with her clients after taking four months off for double knee surgery and some much needed healing time. She's been practicing what she preaches by reaching out to people via facebook, twitter and linkedin. She's been putting notes in the mail, emailing clients and she's even put out a text or two.... yeah that Lee sure is learning how to keep up with this new technology! These day's Lee's spending a lot of time on the phone, behind her desk so don't hesistate to give her a call, she'll answer you right away or call you right back.
