For almost 40 years, Springer School and Center has empowered
students with learning disabilities to lead successful lives. Today,
Springer teaches learning strategies to 200 day-school students,
provides information and referral services to the community, and offers
programs for students, parents, and teachers. Springer School and
Center is the only resource in the region dedicated entirely to

Prospective families and community professionals are invited to learn more about Springer during an informative Open House on February 11th. At 9:00am, Springer staff will share the Springer history and mission during a presentation and video. Springer students will then provide a hands-on, fresh perspective during the Student-led tour starting at 9:30am. The Charles H. Dater Foundation has awarded a $10,000 grant to Springer School and Center for technology enhancements to Reuben Hall. This generous grant will support improvements needed to maximize student, parent and educator outreach. The Dater Foundation makes grants to non-profit organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area to carry out programs that benefit children and focus in the areas of arts/culture, education, healthcare, social services and other community needs.
