We're open!

It's been a lot of work, but it's finally ready and I can't think of a better weekend to try it out. Our employees and their families have tested it and it is possible to find your way out! There are, and have been, quite a few mazes in our area, but none quite like this one. We've gone the extra mile to make it entertaining and educational and we hope you really enjoy it. One of the benefits of our maze is that it's big, but not too big. If you're really clever, or a little bit lucky, you might be out in a matter of minutes, but more likely, you should spend about an hour in there. Our admission fee is currently reduced until we get in to the main season, so now might be a good chance to check it out. Refreshments are available. Drop by in the late afternoon, it's the best time of the day here.

With all the new attractions

we are offering this spring, summer and fall, it seemed appropriate to jump on the band wagon and start our own Facebook page. It will give us the opportunity to update you more often regarding special events like the arrival of Begonia and Little Bit, our two new pygmy goats (last week) or to let you know it's time to plant your fall vegetables like lettuce, beans and spinach. (It's time.)
Don't forget you need to "like" us in order to get updates sent to your Facebook home page. |
Well, I'd like to take the credit myself,

but it appears it was the chickens who stole the show. We are very fortunate, once again, to be chosen by Rhode Island Monthly magazine as a Best of RI pick again this year. While they did mention our wonderful new greenhouse and all of the flowers inside, it seems it was the chickens, donkeys and goats that put us on the map. Come down and see for yourself what the editors like about shopping here. It is a pretty nice place for clucking around.
