In today's news, a study has shown that " The largest study ever of multivitamin use in older women found the pills did nothing to prevent common cancers or heart disease.
The eight-year study in 161,808 postmenopausal women echoes recent disappointing vitamin studies in men."
That is just what Dr. T. Colin Campbell stresses in his book, The China Study. That Vitamin supplements are a not a good pancea for a good health, even though the pill companies want you to believe that, the studies out there are overwhelmingly against supplements providing any great benefits.

There are quite a few women athletes on the list and if you read their bios many of them quit animal based foods for health reasons and because they didn't feel good when they did eat meat.
