New Perspectives and Opportunities
 The Conference is primarily intended for development companies in the resort real estate industry. This includes developers currently active in the industry, as well as those who are thinking about entering the industry. In addition, many attorneys, marketing and sales companies, loan and investment companies, management companies, etc., benefit from the exposure the Conference provides. Speakers will address trends in the primary resort real estate attractors, including skiing, golf and spa. They also will discuss trends in the primary product types of resort hotels, resort timeshare, fractionals, whole-ownership vacation homes, and master-planned resort real estate communities. Realizing that consumer decision-making patterns are dramatically changing, several market researchers/trend analysts will discuss their recent findings. Implications of how these findings relate to product design and the marketing and sales process also will be emphasized. Conference Highlights  Speakers at the Conference represent a "who's who" in the resort real estate industry, including the President of the National Ski Areas Association, the President of Miraval Resorts and Spas, Jim Chaffin from Chaffin Light, Smith Travel Research, Hyatt Residential Group, Inspirato, and Abercrombie & Kent. This year's Conference represents perhaps the first coming together of such a diverse group of speakers in the industry, and with such outstanding expertise. Besides the opportunity for education and networking, this year's Conference also will feature a pre-conference golf tournament on March 11, an "over-the-water" pitching contest, Native American entertainment, gondola rides, and a poolside Cocktail Reception.
