In a continued effort to help the needy in our
communities, we are asking for new or gently
used clothes in new condition for a 2 year old
boy. Donations can be delivered to Sr. Fatim
Manekia and Sr. Masuma Virji in Orlando, or Sr.
Shelina Kermalli and Sr. Nausheen Habib in the
Lehigh Valley until the end of November.

UMF is pleased to announce that thanks to
generous donations from contributors, we were
able to send $500 toward the MSA Fastathon
collection for Niger. Niger is ranked the poorest
country in the world, with the worst health and
development problems among all 177 countries
included in the United Nations ranking of human
development, the Human Development Index.

Salamun Alaikum
As the Holy Month of Ramadhan draws to an
end, let
us celebrate the joy of unity worldwide as
Muslims
gather to pray together in congregation and feed
the
poor and needy.
"I advise you, and all my children, my relatives,
and whosoever receives this message, to be
conscious of Allah, to remove your differences,
and to strengthen your ties. Fear Allah in
matters concerning orphans. Attend to their
nutrition and do not forget their interests in the
middle of yours. Fear Allah in your relations with
your neighbors. Your Prophet often
recommended them to you, so much so that we
thought he would give them a share in
inheritance. Remain attached to the Qur'an.
Nobody should surpass you in being intent on it,
or more sincere in implementing it.” – Imam Ali
(A.S.)
