Did you get your taxes done on time? I'd like to thank my fantastic tax person - Pat Masters, The Tax Lady EA - for being so patient with me as I once again went slinking in to her just last week with all my paperwork. Pat, what would I do without you!
And while I wasn't doing my taxes, I did attend a fantastic art show - AD2021: Art & Design of the 20th and 21st Centuries. You can read all about it below and check out what caught my eye. My Croft & Little Lighting Contest was a big success, so thanks to them! Have you ever seen something in a decorating magazine or online - such as a fabric or accessory that you love - only to find that it's available "to the trade only"? Have you wondered what this is? While the internet has allowed us all greater access to new products, there are still many items that manufacturers only sell to stores and designers (ie - "the trade"). I offer a service "To the Trade Buyers Service" that will help you get the item you're looking for. Just email or call me with your questions and request. It's that simple!

Scituate, MA based Darlene Bradlee is a multi-dimensional artist whose work in the visual arts includes photography, painting, and mixed media work. I've always enjoyed Darlene's photography for her saturated colors and spirited subjects. On April 4th I attended AD2021: Art and Design of the 20th & 21st Centuries at the Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts in the South End. What a fantastic show! This wasn't a hug show, but it was packed with a wide variety of offerings. From modern furniture to estate jewelry to mixed media art such as the above piece.
