F. Rusty Elsner is President, CEO and Treasurer of Elsner Engineering Works, a Hanover, PA based designer and manufacturer of machinery for the paper converting and packaging industries. He is the third generation to head this family business, which was founded in 1934. Their firm currently services and supports over 2500 Elsner machines in nearly 60 countries around the world. Rusty recently returned from his 23rd trip to China and Elsner Engineering just sold their 80th machine to China.

Pamela Demarest is Vice President of Supply Chain at Fleetwood Fixtures, a Leesport, PA based manufacturer and provider of custom store fixtures and furnishings for the retail industry. Pam is responsible for developing, directing, and managing the global supply chain operations consisting of satellite offices and vendor partners in 5 countries. In 2010 Fleetwood Fixtures began supplying fixtures into the China market and converted their office to a WFOE in 2011 to further expand that business model. To date, Fleetwood Fixtures has helped GAP open 14 stores in China.
