On June 16 we are offering a workshop on Developing an Export Management & Compliance Program. An Export Management and Compliance Program (EMCP) is the most effective way to assure that a company is in compliance with U.S. export laws and regulations. Participants will learn how to develop a written set of export-related guidelines and operational policies, procedures, and safeguards that tell employees what is expected of them and provides management with a framework to evaluate compliance.
Our presenter for these workshops is Robert Imbriani, who has over 36 years of experience in international logistics business and education. In addition to his role as Vice President of International Development at Team Worldwide, he is also an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College and Pace University in New York City.
Both seminars will be held at the Holiday Inn in New Cumberland, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Cost to attend each seminar is $195 WTC members/ $245 for non-members. There is a discount if you register for both events: $340 both events for members/ $440 both events for non-members.
Cost includes all handout materials, breakfast, lunch and breaks.
