This is to inform you that we are changing our format for all communications with you using the CONSTANT CONTACT email software service.
It provides significant advantages to our communications effort and enhances our mailings. We are planning to use this format and template for all our communications with you, so all our NEWSLETTERS, FLYERS AND MESSAGES will have a uniform presentation.
You will also note that they are personalize, e.g. Dear John, Dear Robert, etc. wherever appropriate.
Using this new software service provides us with feedback on all our mailings, showing how many of our emails were opened, bounced, ended up in SPAM and how many opted out.
We recently mailed out 162 emails, of which 69 were opened, 2 bounced, 5 ended up in SPAM, and 5 of you opted out.
Since the opt out feature is new, please be advised that if you opt out by unsubscribing at the bottom of our emails, you will be permanently removed from our mailing list and you have to reinstate yourself.
So, please do not use the opt out/unsubscribe feature, unless you do not want to receive any further emails from the International Men's Club of America. We will contact the five members who have unsubscribed to determine if it was by mistake or if they really want to unsubscribe.
