Say BOO to SCARY Playgrounds!
Halloween is creeping up on us! October is filled with talk of ghosts and other incredibly terrifying creatures and places. If you were to ask a child his or her idea of a scary place, they would jump to tell you haunted houses, cemeteries, or hospitals. Unfortunately, in many communities, parks and playgrounds are the scariest places.
