Rep. & Customer Recognition Edition
As the old adage goes, "The customer is always right." No Fault takes this to heart. In fact, we believe the customer is our best resource in telling our story and promoting our abilities.
The backbone of our business is truly our nationwide network of certified and skilled representatives. One of our most significant partnerships which we hold in high regard is that of Playscapes of Mississippi. Due to the significant efforts of Playscapes' owner, Max Maxwell, No Fault has made tremendous strides in increasing our presence there and has helped Max and his customer base achieve the unmatched quality and safety No Fault surfaces provide.
Here is some feedback from Max following the completion of a showcase playground project, Winner's Circle Park, in Flowood, Miss. this past summer:
"...I value (the relationship) with No Fault in so many ways. Playscapes strives in supplying only high quality products to our customers. After researching safety surfacing lines to complement our other park and playground lines, I realized that our company would benefit the most to seek out a relationship with No Fault. From the very first phone call to No Fault and speaking with Jennifer, we knew that we had found the type of company that we desired to work with. Three and a half years later, we couldn't be happier. We take great comfort knowing that we are providing our customers only the best in poured-in-place product."

Featured Project- Elevated Jogging Track
Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington State
No Fault is proud to introduce Allplay Systems as one of our newest members of our ever growing network of representatives. Allplay is owned by Danielle Patterson, and is a certified HUBZone business that came into existence in 2010. However, their representatives have been in the outdoor recreation industry for several years. Allplay specializes in high quality customer service and meeting the needs of government entities, contractors and private owners from the start of the design through the life of the project.
In February of 2010, Allplay was approached by Advanced Technology Construction (ATC) for assistance in the design of an elevated jogging track which was being converted from offices in the second story of a gymnasium at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in western Washington State. Allplay Systems worked together with No Fault to find an appropriate surfacing to meet the Air Forces's needs.
Despite complicated design and application issues, including a banked running surface and a second-story installation without the benefit of an elevator, No Fault and Allplay were able to deliver. In fact, the Air Force actually asked ATC to submit this project for a branch-wide Design Award, which they have done.
The jogging track surface was completed in August 2010, and the Air Force conducted a ribbon-cutting in September that year. ATC's representative stated, "We had absolutely no problems with the product or the installers. We look forward to working with No Fault again on future projects."
