| How to Have a Meaningful Business Meeting in 20 Minutes |
By Raymond Padgett, C.P.M., NTP Distribution - A Division of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.
I'm sure we have all been in business meetings that have lasted way too long. Personally I've been in some that have lasted over 6 hours, and I'm sure some of you could easily beat that number. | RVAA Committee Update: Membership Committee |
By Trey Miller, Atwood Mobile Products LLC
2012 has proven to be another highly successful year in new member recruitment and member retention for the Membership committee. The additions of new and existing member training webinars to enhance the overall value of membership in RVAA have been well received and attended. Also, we are once again hosting a new member orientation on the first night of the executive conference to allow face to face interaction with the Board and Membership committee members while providing any last minute training prior to the beginning of the meeting sessions.

| RVAA Committee Update: Education Committee |
By Jim Stark, Dealer Resources Group
RVAA's new Dealer Training Initiative will be kicked off at our Annual Conference this August in Chicago. This program will allow RVAA Member firms, including Suppliers, Distributors, and Service Firms, to make "Webinar" based training programs available to RV Dealers throughout North America via RVAA's website. Registered Dealers will be able to attend these training webinars live, as they happen, which will allow question and answer sessions and immediate feedback. They will also be recorded and listed on RVAA's Dealer Training Initiative Website so that they may be viewed at any time, 24/7, based on the Dealer's needs and training schedule.
