As the big race grows nearer, it is a reminder to be thankful to the men and women in uniform who serve and have served to protect the United States.
Peterson's menu has been renewed with summer offerings and Chef Josh Hall and his crew have put together their greatest efforts to date. You will find new fresh salads, appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts. Our excellent bartenders have also introduced new cocktails to thrill our guests.
You will notice our restrooms have been remodeled with new sinks, countertops and faucets that give them an updated look and feel. Our friends across the street at HomeStyle, Division of Economy Plumbing, helped us with the design and supply. We are very pleased with their customer service.
We continue to help our community and have been part of some fantastic events. We fed the hungry masses at a very wet and cool Adult Post Easter Egg Hunt, organized by the Carmel Rotary Club. Marc Lockhart opened his new Cadillac dealership on Highway 37 and 126th Street. We helped promote his opening celebration with appetizers and crudités. We wish him much success with his new facilities. We also prepared food and drinks for the opening of the new VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Hospital located just behind our restaurant.
On April 30th, we held a "50 for $50 Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting Event" that raised nearly $8000 for the Henke Children's Education Foundation. Peterson's also made contributions to Huntington's Disease Research, BACA, Lemonade Day and many other worthy causes. We enjoy assisting our great community.
We have plans to implement a Prime Rib Night and a Stone Crab Claw Night at Peterson's. Stay tuned for more details as the time nears.
Don't forget that we can assist you in your preparations for Memorial Day events, golf outings, office lunches and everything in between.
