Many of you have met Brian Baker, our Assistant General Manager, as he has been with Peterson's since December 2011. Brian comes to us with a tremendous amount of experience in this industry. Brian was raised in Louisville, KY and now resides in Noblesville with his wife Kristi and their three boys. While working with Bonefish Grill, Fleming's and Harry & Izzy's, he gained very valuable experience. He fits in extremely well with our Peterson's family.
Ricky Hatfield, one of our Sous Chefs, has also joined our growing culinary team. A graduate of the Chef's Academy, he joins us with past positions served at Sullivan's and BARcelona. Ricky lives in Indianapolis with his wife and daughter. He brings to us a love for his craft. His culinary talent has already contributed to Peterson's.
As mentioned, our growing culinary team is a fantastic group of talented people that includes three accredited chefs under the tutelage of Executive Chef Josh Hall. It is extremely unique that a restaurant would have two Sous Chefs. This is a luxury that we are very proud of and we look forward to the great improvements it will bring. It is this assembled talent that allows Peterson's to bring you our wonderful fare as well as continue to push the envelope on creativity and innovation.
Many things throughout our restaurant are being planned to make your dining experience even better than before. We are working on house renovations and improved amenities, so remain aware and let us know what you think. We are open to any and all suggestions for improving our great restaurant.
Peterson's, as always, is making our presence known in our community service, donations and other commitments to: Outside the Box, Taste of the NFL, Our Lady of Grace School, Thorpe Elementary, Forrest Dale Elementary, Sunrise Ministries and many others.
