Greetings! 

Peterson's is looking forward to a great new year and lots of activities. We celebrate our 13th year in business on March 30, 2012. Thanks to you our loyal customers, we continue to be successful.

We are starting to get booked early for both Valentine's Day weekend and Super Bowl week. Our Pastry Chef, Adam Siurek, is planning some great new desserts for the coming months. Check out our new wines and menu items along with our new style tables in the lounge area.

We are starting a new section in these newsletters called "Shaun's Corner." This is where our General Manager will give you updates on activities and new items at Peterson's. Please offer us any suggestions on things that you would like to hear from us as we move along this year.

Thank you for making 2011 one of the best years in the history of Peterson's. Our annual New Year's Eve celebration was another huge success. This is an exciting time for Peterson's and the entire Indianapolis area as we are preparing for the Super Bowl the first weekend of February. Please call Emily, our Private Dining Director, to book your large parties as we are getting very full. The restaurant will be closed on Thursday February 2nd for a private party.

We are also in full preparation for Valentine's Day and the weekend before. Please reserve your table as soon as possible for preferred seating.

There have been several changes around our building. We have purchased a super wine cellar to increase our wine holdings. This LeCache cabinet with controlled humidity and temperature holds an additional 448 bottles of wine, and is helping us increase our large number of wine bottles, and to increase our list to a staggering 550+ labels. We have installed a divider curtain in our Private Dining Room that will allow us to divide the room into two sections for smaller groups of 10 to 20 people. We selected Phanomen, a local interior design firm for this addition. We improved the look of the lounge by adding larger tables with linens and dinner settings for those that like to have the elegance of the dining room, but still want be in the lounge.

We continue to give back to our community with more donations to Taste of Carmel, Guerin High School, Cathedral High School, Hamilton County Sheriff's Department, Sand Creek Elementary School, Mohawk Trails Elementary School, Scott Jones' Lemonade Day and many others.

We have more plans in the works to make our 2012 visits enjoyable and to better serve you.
