We are all truly blessed to live in a country that has its freedom and has so many brave men and women to keep us free. We are a nation that celebrates this independence every 4^th of July to remember not only the achievement of freedom on July 4^th, 1777, but all years thereafter that keep our independence.

Stop in at Peterson's to celebrate this month of freedom, and enjoy our special Dutch Harbor Red King Crab Legs. These are some of the most cherished king crab legs in the world. We offer ours steamed and split for the convenience of our guests. It is offered as an entrée or as an add-on to any of our delicious steaks.

We continue to give generously to our community through many avenues, and recently we donated to the United Way, Youth Links, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Anthony Calhoun's Horizon Classic, Cystic Fibrosis Foundations, Make A Wish Foundation, and The Carter Center for Cancer Research, just to name a few. We feel blessed that Peterson's has successfully been in business since 1999, and want to give back to our community.

Our congratulations go out to Shaun and Ashley Slinkard, as they were married on June 25^th. We wish them many years of happiness and love.

You may notice another step we have taken to insure a better environment in our fine restaurant. We have purchased flameless candles to eliminate the oil fumes from the previous candles. These new candles keep our same ambience, but offer a cleaner environment.

We are also trying a new partnership with Order-In.biz which allows our guests to partake of our wonderful fare in the comfort of their own home, delivered by their fine wait staff.
