Now that Memorial Day and the 500 Mile Race have come and gone, it is time to concentrate on summer. What better way to start out this month than with a great dinner at Peterson's to check out our new menu.

We are pleased to announce that Frederick Ulery has joined our restaurant as Assistant General Manager. Frederick comes to us from Fleming's and brings some great ideas and great enthusiasm.

We have been hearing a lot of good comments about one of our steaks being featured on the May cover of the Indianapolis Monthly magazine, and the fact that we were selected as one of the Top Five restaurants in the Indy area. Thanks to you our loyal customers and our great staff.

Peterson's is pleased to welcome Frederick Ulery to our restaurant as Assistant General Manager.

Frederick graduated from Indiana State University, and began his career at Vito's Chop House in Orlando, Florida. During the period from 2000 to 2011 he gained great experience working at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse here in Indy.

In his free time, he loves to spend time with his son Easton. Frederick is passionate about food, wine and creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. We are excited to have Frederick on our staff.
