Start Your Engines
Easter is over and Memorial Day, along with Race Day is just around the corner. Time is moving at a fast pace, and so is Peterson's. We just promoted two of our finest in our elite kitchen. Josh Hall is now our Executive Chef (pictured above). Josh has proven his excellence in culinary skills over the last three and a half years while working at our restaurant. You will see many new recipes from Chef Josh.
Our Sous Chef is Jamie Edmondson (pictured above). She has trained under Chef Josh for the last two and a half years. Jamie is enthusiastic about her culinary talents and is a joy to work with as we continue to improve and grow Peterson's.
As we strive for perfection in our staff, we are proud of the fact that many of our staff have been with us since we opened in 1999. We will continue to update you as we add more fresh talent to our operation.
We will be adding some new recipes to our menu soon, so please let us know your opinion and any suggestions. We have also upgraded some of our plates to a nice bone-white style. This gives us an opportunity to donate our old plates to charities.
Don't forget our Tedeschi Wine Dinner on May 2nd at 6:30p.m. and make reservations if you have not already done so. Riccardo Tedeschi is our guest speaker and will present these fine Italian wines.
