Indian Trails District Notice

 

Hello Indian Trails volunteers,

 

I am writing to invite you to "warm up" on a cold winter evening with a bowl of hot chili, some Scouting fellowship and information about the Summer Programs being offered by our council in 2012. You may still attend December 7th at Middleton High School in the Courtyard (cafeteria).

At least one representative from each unit should attend this important events. Why? We will be giving out the Leader`s Guides for all of the Camping programs held in the Council as well as information packets for the Council Klondike Derby. In addition, other upcoming events such as Pow Wow, Five Star, Baraboo Circus Heritage, Wood Badge and National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) to name a few and will be sharing important information. We will also be distributing recharter packets to every unit.

 

Here is the Schedule for the meeting:  

 

6:30 - 7:25 - Visit the Summer Program Midway displays and enjoy the Chili Buffet (Dinner)

7:00 - 7:25 - Attend your District's Breakout Session for District Roundtable Business and pick up your recharter packet

7:30 - 7:55 - Get Planning Tips and Updates for all Summer Programs during the Summer Program General Session

8:00 - 8:45 - Attend either the Boy Scout or Cub Scout Summer Program Breakout Session for program-specific information

 

Regular Indian Trails Roundtables begin again on January 13, 2012 at St. John Vianney Church in Janesville. While you mark that Roundtable date on your calendar, also mark the Roundtables on:

 

February 10,

March 10,

April 14,

and May 12.

 

We have had great attendance and hope to see you all back again in 2012.
