July/2011
V.I.P. Arrangements
for Scouts at a Premier
Community Event!
You're Invited! July 2nd, 2011
One of the largest 4th of July Fireworks Celebrations in the United States is Rhythm & Booms right here in Madison-and Rhythm & Booms 2011 looks to be the best ever!
Rhythm & Booms takes place on Saturday, July 2, 2011; the buses will leave the Scout Service Center at approximately 4:00 p.m. and we return after the conclusion of the fireworks around 11:00 p.m.
**Please make a note that our rain date is Sunday, July 3rd.
Our council plays a key role in this great family activity-and we need your help. Once again the Glacier's Edge Council has committed to canvassing the crowd to help collect funds for the Rhythm & Booms celebration and their charities. We need approximately 300 people (as many in uniform as possible) to do our job right.
**Please respond by Friday, June 17th so that we reserve appropriate # of buses.
