To Scouting Leadership:
Dear Scout Leaders:
You know first hand how important the Scout program is to developing youth.
90% of boys in a troop were once Cub Scouts. Growth in Cub Scouts ultimately leads to Growth in Boy Scouts and ultimately, Growth in Venturing. We are writing to ask if you would be willing to help a neighboring pack with their fall roundup. This service to a local pack will strengthen Scouting in your area.
To help get ready for fall roundups the Council Membership Committee is offering two training sessions in May. These sessions will help you with organizing and implementing a great roundup of new boys.
Wednesday, May 25, 2011, Madison Scout Office from 6:30 - 8:30
Thursday, May 26, 2011, Janesville Scout Office from 6:30 - 8:30
