Greetings Everyone,
All units participating the 2011 Fall Popcorn sale will need to complete a commitment form online at www.prpopcorn.com no later than September 2nd, 2011. All units that participate in the June 27th, July 11th, July 18th or August 8th summer training will receive an additional 3% for total sales during the 2011 Fall Popcorn Sale. (Unit Popcorn Kernel must be the person who attends the training, in order to receive the additional 3%).
*This year we will be using a new Popcorn vendor and it is extremely important that someone from your Unit attend one of the trainings.
1. Navigate to http://www.prpopcorn.com/council_list.html
2. Choose "Glacier's Edge Council" from the list
3. Enter the username (GlaciersEdge) and password (Madison)
4. Click "Step 1 Click Here to commit your unit to sell"
5. Fill out the required information (Note: the email address entered here is where we will send a confirmation upon receipt of your commitment form).
6. Click "Preview"
7. Review your information on the Unit Commitment Preview page
8. Click "Submit" if everything is correct OR Click "Cancel to make changes" to return to the previous screen and reenter your information.
