HBEN Newsletter 16th January 2012

A Happy New Year to you all! Be it at work or on holidays, I hope your festive season has been fabulous and you are ready to take advantage of all the new and exciting opportunities 2012 may present! For me, the time spent away with family and friends in Canada and the US was magnificent (and a bit on the chilly side). It was also a great reminder that we definitely live in the best place in the world and need to stay focused on all the positives that surround us.

Indeed, here at the HBEN, we are kicking off the year on that note with our 'Anything's Possible' breakfast with Ryley Batt this Thursday. If you are needing a dose of inspiration, you simply must join us! Why not get the team together or bring along a client or two? See all the details below and read on for more great local opportunities and 2012 business happenings in the Hastings.

Hope to see you on Thursday or catch up on your business plans for 2012 very soon.

Regards,

Liesa Davies

What's your outlook for 2012?

Will it be better, worse or just different. One business blogger, Dr Ray Welling, has advised that we need to stop acting as if the world is going to hell in a handbasket. He says "Step back and look at the big picture - you'll find things don't look as bad as you might think (or as others might paint them). Take a positive attitude toward your business and look for the opportunities that change provides". Read more... (thanks to Justyn from revive for sharing with us!)
